What we collect
- Forms: your name, email, phone, business name and message when you use our contact form, free audit or newsletter sign-up.
- Audit data: the website address you ask us to check and the results of that check.
- Calls and texts: when we run a front desk for a client, calls to that client's line may be recorded and transcribed so the assistant can book appointments and our team can review quality.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site.
How we use it
To reply to you, send the report you asked for, provide the services you signed up for, and improve our site and services. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages
We only text people who have agreed to receive messages. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the business, such as our hosting, email, phone (Twilio), calendar (Google) and CRM providers, under their own privacy terms. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to provide the service or as the law requires, then we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in every email.
