The problem
Accessing legal cannabis products can be inconvenient, time-consuming, and fragmented. Consumers often have to visit physical dispensaries, navigate limited inventories, compare products across multiple stores, and deal with inconsistent delivery experiences. At the same time, licensed dispensaries need a scalable way to reach customers and manage online demand in a highly regulated market.
What we built
Eaze is a cannabis delivery marketplace that connects adult consumers with licensed dispensaries, enabling on-demand ordering and home delivery of legal cannabis products through a single digital platform. It simplifies product discovery, purchasing, and fulfillment while helping dispensaries expand their customer reach. On-demand cannabis delivery — Users can browse and order cannabis products online and have them delivered directly to their location, eliminating the need to visit a dispensary in person and making legal cannabis more accessible. Centralized product marketplace — Provides access to a curated selection of products across multiple categories, including flower, edibles, vapes, concentrates, tinctures, and wellness products, allowing consumers to compare and shop from one platform. Seamless digital purchasing experience — Handles customer registration, age verification, product selection, order tracking, and payment through web and mobile applications, reducing friction in the purchasing process. Technology infrastructure for dispensaries — Acts as a marketplace connecting consumers with licensed dispensaries rather than selling cannabis directly, helping local retailers increase visibility, acquire customers, and manage delivery operations more efficiently. Compliance, safety, and trust — Uses identity verification, licensed retail partners, regulated delivery processes, and educational resources to help consumers access cannabis products through a compliant and secure channel. Low-friction access to legal cannabis — Instead of requiring customers to search for nearby dispensaries individually, Eaze provides a single platform where eligible adults can discover products, place orders, and receive deliveries with minimal effort.
