The problem
When phones, tablets, or computers break, customers often have to search for trustworthy repair shops, travel to a physical location, and wait days to get their devices back. This process is inconvenient, time-consuming, and frustrating, especially for people who rely on their devices for work and daily life.
What we built
We designed and developed a customer-centric website for Telafriend, a mobile technology repair service, to simplify device repair bookings and improve the overall customer experience. The platform enables users to easily schedule repairs, explore available services, and access transparent pricing from any device. Seamless appointment booking — Designed a streamlined online booking system that enables customers to schedule repair services at a time and location most convenient for them, supporting Telafriend's mobile repair model. Mobile-responsive experience — Optimized the website for smartphones, tablets, and desktops, ensuring users can easily request repair services from any device while on the go. Clear service and pricing presentation — Structured service offerings and pricing information in an easy-to-understand format, helping customers make informed decisions without unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
